Grapes: Cuvee of 50% Mantonegro, 25% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon
Alcohol content: 14 % vol.
Barrel aging: 18 months in new French oak barrels and 18 months aged in the bottle 

Nose: Complex aroma with balsamic, spicy notes, cinnamon, and vanilla standing out. Aromas of very ripe red fruits and as it takes oxygen in the glass, creamy aromas like cocoa and coffee appear.


Color: Garnet-ruby color of medium intensity. Slight violet reflections at the edges. A striking wine tear on the glass

Palate: Tannins well harmonized with the wood. Toasted notes can be perceived, leaving an intense aroma in the mouth. With body and structure for maintaining favorable development in the coming years. Very lasting taste.

This wine, produced from a strict selection of grapes from the oldest vines with the lowest production in the Binissalem-Mallorca area, is bottled in 75 cl and 1.5 l bottles and in limited edition.

It is recommended to open the bottle an hour beforehand and to use a larger red wine glass to improve the wine's oxygenation during tasting.
