Grapes: Blend of Mantonegro, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Aged in barrique: 18 months in new French oak barrels and 18 months aged in bottle 

Nose: Complex aroma, characterized by balsamic and spicy notes, with cinnamon and vanilla standing out. Aromas of very ripe red fruits and as it absorbs oxygen in the glass, creamy aromas such as cocoa and coffee emerge.

Color: Garnet-ruby color of medium intensity. Slight violet reflections at the edges. A striking wine tear on the glass

Palate: Tannins well harmonized with wood. Toasted notes can be perceived, leaving an intense aroma in the mouth. With body and structure to sustain favorable development in the coming years. Very persistent taste.

Produced from a strict selection of grapes from the oldest vines with the lowest yield in the area of Binissalem-Mallorca, the wine is bottled in 75 cl and 1.5 l bottles and released in a limited edition.

It is recommended to open the bottle an hour before and use a larger red wine glass to enhance oxygenation during tasting.
