Nose: Notes of caramel and raisins blend with woody notes, aromatic herbs, and mineral nuances.

Color: dark copper

Palate: Creamy, smooth, and slightly sweet. The raisin notes are particularly noteworthy, reminiscent of ripe dates, licorice, and dried fruits. The vermouth slowly unveils a rather bitter side with subtle aromas of roots and aromatic herbs. Woody notes lend complexity to the flavor, along with fruity notes, especially syrup. A subtle spiciness emerges in the finish.

Tip: It is mostly consumed neat as an aperitif, chilled or with some ice and a slice of orange. It pairs well with cocktails like the Negroni and is excellent with a few drops of gin.
