Grape varieties: Cuvée made from 50% Prensal-Blanc, 49% Chardonnay and 1% Moscatel
Alcohol content: 14% vol.

Nose: Intense, typical aroma with striking notes of tropical fruits, peach, grapefruit, apple, fennel

Color: Yellow color with greenish hues. Clear, shiny appearance

Palate: great refreshment. Straightforward prensal, with its unmistakably steel character, but which also surprises with playful notes. Wonderfully fresh, fine citrus sorbet with fine grapefruit and lime zest, with medium acidity and the same body, slightly melty mouthfeel, soft notes of light flowers and fine herbal notes in length.

One of the best white wines on the island!
